We offer a wide range of delivery options including UK Standard, Royal Mail First Class Signed For, European and International. All prices are weight based and include a small handling fee.
Unless an item is unavailable/ out of stock, all items are dispatched within 48 hours and we aim to deliver UK standard delivery orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. Due to working with small companies and producers, and increases in seasonal demand, there may be times when longer delivery times occur. To avoid disappointment, we will inform you, the customer, of any such situation within 24 hours of an order being placed.
UK STANDARD: We use second class Royal Mail parcel service without tracking. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched. If you wish to have your item tracked, please use our Next Day service.
UK FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR: Your item will be sent using Royal Mail tracked service and will be due to arrive one working day after dispatch. This is not 100% guaranteed. We aim to get items out on the same day of purchase, however, if your order is placed after 2pm, it won't be dispatched until the next day.
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100. This offer only applies to items order through our online store and does not apply to large framed items. If you which to purchase a print with framing, please contact our customer services.
Items will be dispatched to the shipping address that you supply when placing an order.
All tracked / recorded deliveries require a signature on accepting: If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
